Man! I am so often making mad, late dashes from my house to the bus stop, I could be the protagonist of my own magical girl show.

your magical animal companion was hit by the bus that waited for you that one time you were running to catch it and slid down the hill on the ice that had formed when the snow melted. On the other hand, it means you don't have to suffer through transformation sequences in the middle of winter, and, quite frankly, a magical bass named "Sopranoslayer" is much cooler than a [Canadian] goose anyway.

I will leave it to the reader to decide if I'm referring to the instrument or the fish.
