Wella. Most of the things I can think of off the top of my head would involve pasta... do you like shrimp? 'Cause they're very good in a white wine lemon butter reduction type thing, with a pinch of saffron, over pasta and maybe spinach or greens... or if you're not into the pasta thing pears poached in white wine are also quite lovely, with some blackberry ginger sauce....
